Privacy
Last updated 21 September 2026. Short version: I collect as little as I can, I don't sell anything, and this site sets no cookies.
Who is responsible
Patrick, running Aftercast as an independent game studio. Questions or requests: hello@aftercast.online.
The newsletter
- What: your email address, only if you sign up.
- Why: to email you when something ships — and nothing else. The legal basis is your consent.
- How: double opt-in. You get one confirmation email; you are only added to the list after you confirm.
- Who processes it: Resend, the email delivery service I use to send and store the list.
- How long: until you unsubscribe. Reply "stop" to any email, or write to hello@aftercast.online, and you're removed.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. If aggregate, cookieless analytics are switched on (Cloudflare Web Analytics), they count page views without following individuals across sites. Your browser may keep one small note in this tab's session storage (which headline variant you saw); it never leaves your device.
Bot protection
The sign-up form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It can process technical signals such as your IP address for that purpose only.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability for a limited time.
The games
Games live on their own addresses and run in your browser. They save progress on your own device and need no account. If online play is added later, this page will be updated first, and will say what the game servers log.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Write to hello@aftercast.online.
